Your appointment is very important to me and I understand that life happens, but please check your diary before booking your appointment.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
It is very hard to fill appointments at the last minute and it means that I run at a loss. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment and this will be refunded if your appointment is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit unless the appointment can be filled. The exception to this is covered by the Covid 19 Policy.
No show appointments result in deposit forfeit.

After three last minute cancellations you will be asked to pre-pay your appointment. This will be refunded in full if your appointment can be filled.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after your appointment time may be rescheduled as it is not always possible to give adequate service in the remaining time.
If you are late for your appointment your treatment time will be adjusted so as not to delay the next client.
I love kids, but it is not suitable to have them in the studio. This will distract me from giving the best treatment and is less relaxing for you. (There are also a lot of valuable/hazardous things for them to touch.)
Please book a time when you are child-free.

Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missing an appointment or arriving late. I have a reminder SMS and email in place, but as with all technology, it isn’t 100% reliable.
